- Identify opportunities for technology advancements and drive innovation in software development.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the medical device industry and ensure that software development processes adhere to these standards.
Project Management:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of embedded software engineers in a medical device or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of embedded software development for medical devices and familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
